On Monday, October 8, 2012, Dr. Zachary D. Kaufman, editor of Social Entrepreneurship in the Age of Atrocities, delivered a book talk at the National University of Rwanda. The event was held at the National Commission for the Fight Against Genocide in Kigali, Rwanda.
